How do I access my meal plan?

Right after payment go to the top-right menu, select ‘My meal plan’ and enter your email. You will instantly access your meal plan

The meal plan is empty, I see only recommendations

This problem may occur with certain internet browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer). In this case, try using another browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox for the best experience.

Will I lose weight in 30 days?

Yes, you will. Follow your meal plan according to the given instructions. The key to weight loss is a calorie deficit. We make it smooth and delicious, you enjoy results.

I have ingredients I did not choose

If the ingredients are not essential, you may cook without them. Please pay attention to the division of ingredients into ‘essential’ and ‘to your taste’. The latter is our strong recommendation, but you can still ignore it.

The ingredients are measured in raw or cooked condition?

In a recipe, we only indicate measurements in raw condition.

Where can I see the recipe details?

Once you click on the dish picture, the window with recipe details will open.

Will I lose my meal plan after 30 days?

The purchased meal plan will be available after 30 days as well.

Can I eat fruits?

Yes, fruits are healthy. However, if you want to lose weight, you should pay attention to the amount of sugar a particular fruit contains. We recommend eating apples, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

What should I drink?

We recommend drinking one glass of lemon water right after waking up. This will help your body boost metabolism. Water consumption is essential. Please follow our recommendations concerning daily water drinking. Please also note that such beverages as tea, coffee or juice cannot be counted as water.

I think the suggested calories amount is too large

Keep in mind that the quality of calories matters more than the amount. The well-balanced diet is individually calculated based on your preferences, needs, and goals.

I have some allergies

If you have any medical restrictions or allergies to the ingredients in your meal plan, please contact us. Our team will provide you with a safe substitute. Always consult your doctor when you are not sure about a particular ingredient.
